1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CodeBright Tech Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
CodeBright Tech Solutions Ltd provides software development, network supply and installation, web design and hosting, and design services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for them. CodeBright Tech Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within the specified period. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as detailed in the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
CodeBright Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual contract. CodeBright Tech Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or in the courts of Tanzania.
